MIU MIU Area Visual Merchandiser

About the Role

Miu Miu is seeking an Area Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves creating window displays and store interiors within an assigned geographic area, adhering to Miu Miu Management's creative guidelines. The primary objective is to enhance sales while maintaining the brand image and product integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop window display and store interior design proposals, adapting them to each store's specific merchandising and type, in line with defined guidelines.
• Execute periodic store displays within the assigned area, following the schedule set by Retail Management, and considering sales trends, market characteristics, customer demographics, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to create displays that attract customer traffic and boost sales, identifying market-, customer-, and seasonally appropriate outfits based on product stock levels and compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor the accuracy and suitability of displays in stores within the area through regular review of photographs submitted by the local Visual Team, in coordination with Retail Merchandising.
• Provide guidance to Store Managers and/or In-Store Visualists to ensure display maintenance and address any daily intervention needs.
• Set up showroom displays for seasonal collection releases, following instructions from the Collection Merchandiser.
• Work with the Communications & PR Department on organizing in-store events and press presentations.
• Provide feedback on the internal status of stores and display items, communicating any critical issues to the store manager and submitting them to Operations.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should have 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to implement Headquarters guidelines for Visual Designers in affiliates, markets, and stores.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering stores in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires close collaboration with various internal departments, including Retail Management, Retail Merchandising, and Communications & PR.
