The Role: Recruitment Specialist

Eham Facility Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its team. Based at the Head Office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position involves overseeing the entire talent acquisition process. The specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the company's staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using various recruitment platforms and tools.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated previous experience within the construction industry, facility management sector, or with local recruitment companies.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes, deadlines, and candidate pipelines efficiently.
