About the Role

Pareto People is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst National to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring robust investment strategies and informed decision-making within the organization.

Role Objectives

The primary objectives of this role include establishing and documenting a clear investment strategy, ensuring funds are managed accordingly, and creating value through leading recommendations on investment decisions. The analyst will also maintain professional reporting standards, monitor fund performance, and ensure full compliance with Family Office policies and group regulatory requirements, particularly in Cyman Island through third-party providers. A key focus will be on identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks that could impact group operations, reputation, or financial stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong results orientation to ensure the delivery of Group objectives.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of current and prospective investments to support decision-making processes.
  • Track quarterly performance and relevant market updates, delivering concise bilingual reports.
  • Conduct macroeconomic research and explore potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop effective reporting and tracking tools for internal use and committee presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to strengthen the Group's investment capabilities and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance, compliance, and investment rationale aligned with internal quality standards.
  • Ensure full adherence to Group legal and operational frameworks, proactively addressing policy and compliance gaps, and conducting regular risk assessments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A BSc Degree in Business or Law or a relevant field is required.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA are considered a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in international public market equities.
  • Prior experience within a financial institution, bank, or family office is preferred.

Specific Requirements

This position requires the candidate to be a Saudi national.
