About PepsiCo and the Sr. Preseller Role

We are seeking a Sr. Preseller to join our sales team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position within the KSA sales team is to maximize sales volume, minimize product stales, and achieve distribution targets. The Sr. Preseller is responsible for implementing agreed merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be consistently followed to ensure continuity of standards across the KSA. Additionally, the role involves providing the supervisor with the latest market information to identify and develop sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, measured against established sales targets and maintaining stales below the agreed target.
Provide customer service as approved by the supervisor, adhering to call frequencies and daily route plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks as per operating procedures, ensuring the sales vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and reporting any defects or damage promptly.
Supply ready-to-ship customer orders on time, including full details and delivery arrangements.
Maintain individual customer stock levels to agreed requirements to minimize out-of-stock issues.
Implement agreed in-store merchandising communicated by the supervisor, coordinating with company merchandisers when additional support is provided.
Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity observed in the service area.
Perform daily reconciliation of all cheques, cash, and credit sales.
Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
Adhere to high driving standards and obey all driving regulations.
Performance will be measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with consistent failure to deliver required results leading to disciplinary action.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in Sales and Account building.
