About the Role

Kidana is seeking a Sr. Specialist Business Transformation to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role is central to supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational transformations and change initiatives. The specialist will play a key part in facilitating change efforts, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies across the company.

Core Responsibilities

The Sr. Specialist Business Transformation will be responsible for a range of duties focused on driving organizational change and improvement. These responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop the transformation strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Kidana’s goals and objectives.
  • Conducting assessments to identify specific areas within the organization that require transformation and change.
  • Supporting the development of detailed transformation plans, including establishing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring the alignment of transformation initiatives with business priorities and the organizational culture.
  • Implementing change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of new initiatives.
  • Conducting impact assessments to identify and address potential organizational, process, and people-related impacts of transformations.
  • Assisting in developing communication plans and materials to effectively inform employees and stakeholders about changes.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and teams involved in the change process, fostering buy-in and engagement.

Initiative Management

  • Supporting the definition of scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for transformation initiatives.
  • Supporting the development of initiative plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Tracking initiative progress, identifying risks and issues, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes for initiatives.

Training and Development

  • Identifying training and development needs related to the transformation initiatives.
  • Implementing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
  • Collaborating with Learning and Development teams to design and implement training materials, resources, and tools.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of transformation initiatives on business performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and refining transformation strategies and plans accordingly.
  • Applying best practices and lessons learned from previous transformations to enhance future change efforts.
  • Supporting the fostering of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within Kidana.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or a related field.
