Esnad Contracting is seeking a dedicated Structural Technical Office Engineer to join its team. This full-time position is based in the vibrant cities of Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure and construction projects within the region.

Role Summary

The Structural Technical Office Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the technical integrity and compliance of civil and structural aspects of projects. This involves detailed review, preparation, and coordination of technical documentation, supporting both procurement and construction phases, and maintaining adherence to project standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve civil and structural designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and quantity take-offs.
• Review material submittals and other technical documents.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, designers, and various project stakeholders.
• Provide essential technical support to the procurement and construction teams.
• Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and formulate comprehensive technical responses.
• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and established quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer, specifically within infrastructure or construction projects.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, quantity surveying, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D or Revit is considered an advantage.
