The Role of Systems Integration Engineer

Tamer Healthcare is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join its team. This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing work orders, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through technical support and understanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the timely completion of work orders and resolution of customer complaints.
• Engage with customers to understand, anticipate, and meet their requirements, aiming for high satisfaction ratings.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers.
• Forecast territory sales and plan daily activities based on customer potential within the assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits, calls, and presentation sessions for healthcare professionals using approved product materials to ensure consistent prescription.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all customers.
• Report territory forecasting against annual targets to ensure achievement.
• Document daily activities using the company's reporting system.
• Report market feedback and competitor activities to the direct manager for necessary actions.
• Undertake additional duties or assignments as required by management.
