About This Job
The Travel & Tourism Counsellor will be responsible for worldwide travel including overseas accommodation, all air, rail, car hire, and associated support services.

The Travel & Tourism Counsellor will be responsible for worldwide travel including overseas accommodation, all air, rail, car hire, and associated support services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take an accurate brief of the client's booking requirement and research the best option, offering a choice where possible.
- Ensure that the appropriate accurate advice is offered to clients by their intended travel plans and facilitate the necessary application accordingly.
- Provide customers with advice or publications containing travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
- Build long and successful relationships with both existing and new clients to ensure the continued growth of the travel service.
Internal Processes with (Productivity/Quality/Compliance/Reporting):
- Sell domestic and international air tickets and assist in other travel arrangements, such as car, hotel, and tour/cruise package reservations.
- Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current affairs and communicate information to clients accurately and appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Saudi/Expat
- Speaks Fluent English
- Not less than 2 years’ experience in the same field.
- Ready to join Immediately.
Skills/Attributes/Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of Amadeus, TBO, WebBeds and others
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
