Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Jeddah. The Accountant will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Jeddah. The Accountant will be responsible for managing a wide range of financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
- Perform audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records.
- Support financial planning and analysis processes.
- Prepare cash flow reports to monitor the company's liquidity.
- Perform consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities (if applicable).
- Prepare balance sheets and ensure their accuracy.
- Develop and maintain financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Prepare and record journal entries.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Preparation.
- Experience in Tax Preparation, Audits, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
