Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in choosing the appropriate table.
- Provide excellent customer service and present the menu of available food and beverages, offering detailed information about ingredients and possible food allergies.
- Prepare and set up tables, ensuring all utensils, water bottles, and other table equipment are in place.
- Obtain accurate food and beverage orders using the point of sale ordering program.
- Communicate order details clearly to kitchen staff and ensure all dishes and utensils are clean and properly sorted.
- Maintain a tidy table setting and ensure a clean restaurant environment.
- Follow cleanliness, health, and safety protocols.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in performing various mathematical operations.
- Attention to detail and patience, along with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks under pressure.
