Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize the financial operations infrastructure of the company.
• Set up and manage proprietary fiat and crypto treasury capital ensuring asset diversification.
• Process fiat and crypto invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and promptly.
• Analyze and determine financial requirements for operations including working capital and budget allocations.
• Manage departmental budgets and conduct performance analyses for corrective actions.
• Prepare financial statements for corporate and management reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities proposing strategies for growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferable experience in crypto payments.

Location:
This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Europe or Asia.
