Job Overview:
Sami Alsalam, a leader in the aviation industry, seeks a professional photographer to capture high-quality, captivating images of our aviation services, aircraft, facilities, and events. The photographer will be responsible for producing images that highlight the innovation, safety, and operational excellence of our company, while supporting marketing campaigns, internal communications, and client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography for Marketing and Communication: Capture professional images of aircraft, facilities, and key personnel in action, focusing on showcasing Sami Alsalam’s services, technologies, and expertise.
• Photograph corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring the company’s participation and accomplishments are well-documented.
• Create content for digital and print media, including brochures, website images, social media campaigns, and press releases.
• Aircraft and Facility Documentation: Document aircraft in various operational settings, highlighting the details of design, structure, and functionality.
• Capture photos of aircraft maintenance processes, facilities, and manufacturing or repair stages as required.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and PR teams to align visual content with strategic marketing goals.
• Provide imagery for internal reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Collaborate with event organizers to plan and capture the company's presence at aviation conferences or exhibitions.
• Photo Editing and Retouching: Edit and retouch photos to ensure high standards of quality, composition, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and communication style.
• Event Coverage: Capture key moments at company-sponsored events, meetings, and corporate functions.
• Provide timely delivery of edited photos for media relations and internal reporting purposes.
• Equipment Management and Maintenance: Ensure that all photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting) is well-maintained and up-to-date.
• Manage a photography inventory and stay current with technological advancements in photographic equipment.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and approach while working on-site at aviation-related locations and events.
• Represent Sami Alsalam in a positive manner during all assignments and with external clients or stakeholders.
• Archiving and Organization: Organize and archive all photographic materials in an efficient manner for easy access and future use.
• Maintain records of shoot details, ensuring they are properly labeled and cataloged for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional photography, ideally in an industrial or corporate setting.
• Expertise with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and other photography equipment.
• Strong editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other professional tools.
• Familiarity with aviation industry standards and an interest in aircraft, aviation technologies, and aviation-related events.
• Exceptional eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings, particularly in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital asset management and organizational systems for photos.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree or professional certification in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the aviation industry or similar technical sectors.
• Familiarity with drone photography or aerial photography for unique shots of aircraft.
• Strong understanding of visual trends in marketing, especially in the tech or aerospace sectors.
