Role Summary

The Airport Greeter (Saudi National Only) is responsible for providing a welcoming and luxurious experience for guests arriving at and departing from the airport. This full-time role ensures a seamless first and last impression of FAENA, The Red Sea, by assisting with various airport procedures and coordinating guest transfers according to ultra-luxury hospitality standards. The position requires 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests at the airport with a professional and personalized greeting.
Assist guests with arrival and departure procedures to ensure a smooth airport experience.
Identify and escort VIP guests, ensuring priority handling and special attention.
Coordinate guest transfers between the airport and the resort, including transportation arrangements.
Assist with luggage handling and ensure safe transfer of guest belongings.
Liaise with airport authorities, immigration staff, and transportation providers as needed.
Monitor flight arrivals and departures for timely coordination of guest services.
Communicate guest arrivals, delays, or special requirements to the resort team.
Provide accurate information about resort transfers, timing, and services.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or last-minute changes with professionalism.
Ensure all meet-and-greet signage, materials, and welcome setups are prepared.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
Support VIP protocols and ensure discreet, personalized service for high-profile guests.
Coordinate closely with Concierge, Transportation, and Front Office teams.
Ensure guest privacy, confidentiality, and security at all times.
Maintain a calm and organized presence in busy airport environments.
Report operational issues, delays, or incidents promptly to management.
Deliver a seamless transition from airport arrival to the resort experience, reflecting FAENA The Red Sea’s luxury standards.

Qualifications and Experience

1-3 years of experience in a hospitality or guest service role.
Demonstrated ability to provide attentive, professional, and personalized guest service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a dynamic airport environment.
Commitment to upholding ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
