The Opportunity: Team Leader I (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team to manage poultry intake and processing. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on meeting internal customer requirements while adhering to performance parameters, product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional team in the efficient intake of poultry.
• Oversee the processing of specified poultry products.
• Ensure production meets internal customer requirements.
• Maintain management performance parameters, including efficiency and loss-in-process.
• Achieve zero non-conformance by adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Understanding of poultry processing operations and quality control.
