About the Role

Edition is seeking a F&B Service Expert to join its team in the Red Sea. This full-time role focuses on providing comprehensive guest service beyond basic food and beverage delivery, aiming to create a memorable experience for guests. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively offer a range of services to enhance the guest experience.
• Set tables and ensure proper presentation.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact with and serve guests, making transactions part of their overall experience.
• Clean and maintain work areas and storage spaces.
• Review menus to verify information and ensure accuracy.

Operational Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to maintain a safe workspace, adhere to company guidelines and procedures, and uphold quality standards. Professional appearance and communication are essential. The role involves significant physical activity, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, often on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance, reaching high places, bending down, and performing movements requiring bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping. Consistent performance of these tasks is crucial for guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
