QA/QC Supervisor Project

About the Role

ABIS is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor - Project to oversee daily quality control activities across all site disciplines. This full-time role involves supervising QC Inspectors, coordinating the execution of inspection and test plans, and ensuring the consistent application of quality standards and procedures on projects.

Role Summary

The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for the effective implementation of quality control measures at the project site. This includes direct supervision of the QC team and ensuring that all inspections and tests adhere to approved plans and established quality protocols. The role supports the overall quality management framework of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of QC Inspectors across all disciplines.
• Ensure inspections, tests, and hold points are executed according to approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review daily QC inspection reports and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate hold point notifications and inspection scheduling with client and third-party inspectors.
• Support the QC Manager in managing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and corrective actions.
• Conduct quality walkdowns and spot-check inspections across active work fronts.
• Verify calibration and control of inspection and test equipment used by the QC team.
• Coordinate training and technical guidance for QC Inspectors on inspection procedures and standards.
• Liaise with construction supervision to resolve quality-related work front issues.
• Support preparation and compilation of quality documentation for handover dossiers.
• Report quality performance, trends, and issues to the QC Manager.
• Support internal quality audits and readiness for client and third-party audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 year in a relevant quality assurance or quality control role.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate teams.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, procedures, and inspection protocols.
