Spa Supervisor

About the Role

St. Regis is seeking a Spa Supervisor for a full-time position. This role involves overseeing spa operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and supporting management in various functions. The Spa Supervisor will act as a key point of contact for employees and guests, maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise employees on property information, in-house groups, policy changes, and other pertinent details.
• Answer questions regarding available services, general property information, and amenities.
• Confirm guest details and scheduled treatments before service commencement.
• Monitor and maintain the daily time schedule, advising providers of changes and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products.
• Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment.
• Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs within the spa/salon.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones appropriately.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Ensure quality expectations are met and implement improvement plans as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No prior supervisory experience is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
