  • Provide professional support and share expertise with Medical Representatives (MRs) on key hospital management, customer management, and project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), marketing, market access, medical, commercial, supply chain, and other relevant departments to ensure timely synchronization of key hospital progress, customer changes, project schedules, and business risks.
  • Generate business insights based on regional market, hospital operations, customer feedback, and competitor dynamics, providing recommendations to Sales Leads, Regional Managers (RMs), and relevant teams.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex hospital access processes and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in developing and executing regional business plans and projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market potential, competitive landscapes, and policy changes.
  • Proven capability in cross-functional collaboration and team empowerment.

This role involves close collaboration with Regional Managers to ensure the successful execution of key hospital plans, customer strategies, and project initiatives. The Account Manager will also facilitate the replication of best practices and successful case studies across the region to enhance overall business execution quality.
