About the Banquet Manager Role

Hilton is seeking a Banquet Manager to join our Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the daily execution of all banquet functions, focusing on delivering memorable experiences for every guest. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in banquet operations and hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their experience.
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of banquet events, including breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
Oversee the meticulous setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware are arranged according to event specifications and quality standards.
Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates effectively to relevant teams across Food and Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping.
Manage the breakdown of function rooms, ensuring proper storage of all equipment for subsequent events.
Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, maintaining the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.

Candidates for the Banquet Manager position should possess 5-10 years of experience in banquet operations or a related hospitality management role. The role requires demonstrated leadership abilities, strong organizational skills for event planning and execution, and effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams.
