Sealed Air is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on supporting business growth in the Middle East region, with a primary emphasis on the Saudi market.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will provide direct sales and application support to increase sales and profitability, aligning with budgeted goals for materials and equipment. This role is central to expanding the customer base and developing new business opportunities within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Expand the customer base and develop new business by actively prospecting new customers.
Develop new applications with existing customers to drive growth.
Manage existing key accounts and build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and follow-through to order delivery.
Support customer tests and trials of packaging materials, ensuring outcomes meet specific technology and application requirements.
Communicate and engage effectively with internal teams, including customer service, supply chain, portfolio, graphics, and applications, to ensure collaboration and mutual benefit.
Understand market trends and tailor packaging solutions to local needs, adding value in customer engagements.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant business development or sales role.
Demonstrated ability to manage a complete sales cycle.
Experience in developing new business and managing key accounts.

Work Environment

This full-time role operates within the Middle East region, with a primary focus on the Saudi Arabian market. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to achieve business objectives.
