About the Role

Lucidya is seeking a Customer Marketing & Product Marketing Knowledge Intern to support communication efforts across Customer Experience, Product Management, Marketing, and customers. This full-time internship, requiring 0-1 years of experience, focuses on organizing product knowledge, customer feedback, and customer-facing communications to ensure clarity and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in aligning CX and Product Management teams by organizing customer feedback, product questions, and feature requests.
• Draft and update customer communications across various channels, including Intercom, email, in-app messaging, and help-center content.
• Support the development of product marketing materials such as product updates, FAQs, release notes, and customer education content.
• Identify recurring customer questions and knowledge gaps, and propose solutions to improve communication and product adoption.
• Maintain shared knowledge resources and provide concise summaries of customer insights to internal teams.
