About the Role

Marriott Executive Apartments is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. This full-time role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance, while upholding Marriott International brand standards and policies. The Hotel Manager will be employed by Saudi Bonyan, an independent franchisee, and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and Recreation.
Ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain Marriott International brand standards, operating procedures, and quality assurance requirements.
Conduct regular operational inspections and ensure all hotel facilities are maintained to high standards.
Monitor departmental performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure exceptional guest service and consistently high guest satisfaction scores, monitoring feedback and online reviews.
Handle VIP guests, guest complaints, and service recovery situations personally.
Develop initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and the overall guest experience.
Monitor hotel revenue, operating expenses, payroll, and departmental budgets, working with Finance and Revenue Management to achieve financial targets.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency while ensuring effective cost control.
Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel's management team, fostering effective communication and coordination.
Identify training and development opportunities for associates, supporting succession planning and talent development.
Promote a positive working environment and strong associate engagement.
Ensure full compliance with Marriott International brand standards, operating procedures, and prepare for quality assurance inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and local regulatory requirements.
Implement Marriott initiatives, policies, and operational programs.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to maximize hotel performance and support business development.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue across all hotel departments.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular management meetings and operational reviews, preparing and reviewing monthly performance reports.
Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure accountability, reporting operational challenges and performance results to the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel operations management.
Proven Marriott experience with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive operational performance while maintaining high service quality.
Previous experience working with Marriott International is strongly preferred.
Prior experience as a Director of Operations, Director of Rooms, or a senior hotel operations leader is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Marriott brand standards, operational procedures, and quality assurance requirements.
Demonstrated track record in managing hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
