About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking a Laundry Valet Attendant to join their team. This full-time position is responsible for providing excellent guest service by assisting with laundry and clothing needs, ensuring timely and safe delivery to guestrooms. The role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the safe unloading of their items.
Deliver laundry and clothing directly to guestrooms.
Respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or At Your Service.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of laundry and dry cleaning.
Complete all valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling of items.
Coordinate all necessary repairs with appropriate personnel and arrange for pick-up and delivery upon completion.
Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Communicate professionally and clearly with others, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards.
Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, grasping, turning, manipulating objects, and lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
License or Certification: None specified.
