About the Role

Ma’aden is seeking a Lead Specialist, Engineering and Virtualization to contribute to the organization's Data & AI strategy. This full-time role focuses on delivering resilient, scalable, and secure platform engineering and virtualization capabilities. The position is instrumental in establishing the technical foundation necessary for advanced analytics, artificial intelligence solutions, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Lead Specialist drives platform reliability, optimizes performance, and standardizes technology across the Data & AI ecosystem. By enhancing infrastructure capabilities and virtualization services, this role improves operational efficiency, accelerates service delivery, mitigates technology risks, and strengthens the organization's capacity to scale emerging digital solutions.
