  • Implement webhook and event-driven handlers for asynchronous workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and third-party vendors for integration environments and API access.
  • Support the promotion of integrations from testing to production environments.
  • Develop integration, API, and contract tests, and support QA and UAT activities.
  • Monitor API performance, logs, and error rates, and troubleshoot integration issues during production.
  • Maintain technical documentation, integration architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and external vendors for feature delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in API development, backend development, or integration engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and consuming REST/JSON APIs in production environments.

  • Experience integrating with at least one e-signature platform (*, DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
  • Hands-on experience with SSO and identity providers (*, Azure AD, Okta, Auth0).
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend technology such as ****, .NET, or Java.
  • Experience working with API gateways, middleware, message queues, or iPaaS solutions.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman/Newman.
  • Strong understanding of API security best practices, including rate limiting, input validation, authentication/authorization, and secrets management.
  • Experience designing integrations and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of integration testing and production support practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
