MPFM Field Engineer

About the Role

Progressive is seeking an experienced MPFM Field Engineer to support multiphase flow measurement and well testing operations within upstream oil and gas environments. This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the field deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, data validation, and operational support of MPFM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MPFM rig-up, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and rig-down activities.
• Execute well testing and production measurement operations.
• Conduct calibration, verification, and maintenance of flow measurement equipment.
• Interface with SCADA, RTU, and HMI systems.
• Monitor and validate oil, gas, and water measurement data.
• Generate technical reports and support client operations at site.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in MPFM, well testing, production testing, or flow measurement.
• Hands-on experience with multiphase flow meters and associated instrumentation is essential.
• Knowledge of pressure, temperature, DP, and water cut measurement systems.
• Experience with SCADA, RTU, Modbus, and field communications is preferred.
• Understanding of production measurement, fluid properties, and PVT fundamentals.
