About the Role

Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking a Retail Shop Agent to join our team. This full-time position is central to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our retail shop environment.

Role Overview

The Retail Shop Agent plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for all customers. This involves direct customer interaction, efficient handling of purchases, maintaining store presentation standards, and contributing to the overall operational success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience
