About the Role

TAWANTECH is seeking a Senior Developer to join its team. This full-time role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications. The Senior Developer will be instrumental in delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions, contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the company.

Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the robust development and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications. This involves a commitment to delivering high-quality software that meets security, scalability, and reliability standards, while actively participating in the company's strategic digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications in alignment with business requirements.
Participate in technical design, system enhancements, and application development activities.
Build and integrate APIs, backend services, databases, and user interfaces.
Resolve application defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure software complies with security, coding, and quality standards.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
Support production releases and post-deployment activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices.
Stay current with modern development technologies and recommend practical enhancements.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Senior Developer position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in software development, with a proven track record in building and maintaining enterprise applications.
