SPA Receptionist

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a dedicated SPA Receptionist to join its esteemed team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences within the spa and salon facilities, serving as the primary point of contact for all visitors and ensuring smooth operational flow at the reception desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the spa/salon and assist with check-in and registration procedures.
• Answer phones and emails, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
• Relay information to appropriate team members as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, processing mail, taking notes, and typing correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to spa managers with general administrative tasks.
