About the Supervisor Human Resources Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Human Resources for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role is integral to supporting the HR management team by assisting in the oversight of employee relations and ensuring adherence to HR processes. The Supervisor will contribute to a positive work environment by managing various HR-related tasks and cultivating strong professional relationships across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the control and follow-up of employee relations issues, including their resolution and subsequent actions.
• Support management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources problems.
• Verify that all hiring and recruitment processes comply with applicable laws and company policies and standards.
• Inform Human Resources management of employee relations issues as they arise.
• Respond to employee and management questions, requests, and concerns regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
• Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (*, interview documents, I-9 forms).
• Assist in the logistics, administration, and organization of annual employee surveys.
• Support management in the hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and ensure compliance with HR processes.
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Capability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
