The Role of a Machine Operator

The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production machinery. This role ensures smooth production processes and contributes directly to the consistent delivery of high-quality beverage products. The operator will work within a dynamic production environment, upholding operational standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust production machines in strict adherence to established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance continuously and report any issues or abnormalities promptly.
• Perform routine checks and execute basic machine maintenance tasks.
• Load and handle raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Monitor production output and ensure that product quality meets specified standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed production records.
• Keep the work area clean and comply with all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and food safety requirements.
• Work effectively as part of the Production team to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or a relevant Diploma.
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field; manufacturing experience is considered a significant advantage.
