About Nice One and the Opportunity

Nice One is seeking a dedicated Salesperson to join its full-time team in Abha. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated and customer-focused, ready to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

Role Overview

The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers in-store, promoting Nice One's product range, and ensuring high merchandising standards. This position plays a direct role in achieving branch sales targets and delivering a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products and current offers, utilizing effective questioning, cross-selling, and upselling techniques to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and ensure the sales floor remains clean and organized.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, availability, and promotions to confidently advise customers.
• Operate cash registers and payment systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary, and following up to support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and foster a positive team environment.
• Adhere to cash-handling procedures, security protocols, health and safety requirements, and all company policies to prevent loss and ensure compliance.
• Provide feedback to store management regarding customer preferences, inventory requirements, product performance, and sales results.

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated product knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire it.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
