Barista & Café Operations Specialist

About the Role

loom loop is seeking a Barista & Café Operations Specialist to join their team in Al-Ahsa, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves both expert coffee preparation and active participation in the daily management and operational flow of the café.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages professionally.
• Operate the cash register and manage customer transactions.
• Contribute to the daily operational management of the café and organize workflow.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Participate in marketing content creation and appear on camera when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista and in café operations and management.
• Proficiency in using cashier systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and organize tasks effectively.
• A polite and confident demeanor, with no objection to appearing on camera for marketing content.
• Commitment, discipline, and a team-oriented spirit.
