As a Receptionist (Front Desk), you will be responsible for ensuring that guests enjoy a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, while also managing various front desk operations to maximize guest satisfaction.
Job PurposeThis position is crucial for the daily operation of the Front Desk, ensuring every guest is treated with care and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist guests with check-in and checkout, and manage cashiering duties.
- Welcome guests and register them according to hotel standards, issuing room keys.
- Ensure repeat guests and VIPs receive special recognition and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest requests and needs.
- Handle guest complaints and comments effectively and tactfully.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Be alert on matters concerning in-house credit.
Other Responsibilities- Maintain knowledge of food & beverage services as well as hotel services.
- Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
- Report for duty on time and in a clean uniform.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
Qualifications- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent proficiency in English; proficiency in Turkish, French, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Indonesian, Malaysian or Urdu with valid certification is required.
