🔹 إغلاق الصفقات: القدرة على إتمام الصفقات بأفضل الشروط الممكنة.
🔹 الإلمام بالسوق: متابعة أحدث اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين لتحديد فرص مبيعات جديدة.
🔹 التعاون: العمل عن كثب مع فرق التسويق والفريق الفني لضمان الدعم اللازم لجهود المبيعات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

✔ التعليم: يُفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو علم الحاسوب أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
✔ الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مبيعات برمجيات ERP الميدانية.
✔ المعرفة: فهم عميق لأنظمة ERP وتطبيقاتها في مختلف القطاعات.
✔ مهارات البيع: سجل مثبت في تحقيق أو تجاوز الأهداف البيعية، مع مهارات تفاوض وإغلاق قوية.

  • قيادة التنفيذ والتكامل من البداية إلى النهاية لنظم إدارة الخزانة (TMS)
  • تحليل وتحسين وظائف الخزانة بما في ذلك إدارة النقد والسيولة، وتمويل التجارة، وتبادل العملات، والمدفوعات، وإدارة المخاطر
  • التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد وتوثيق وتحويل متطلبات العمل إلى مواصفات وظيفية
  • تكامل ومحاذاة برمجيات البنوك وأنظمة ERP مع حلول TMS
  • دعم وتعزيز أنظمة Front Arena ومنصات الخزانة ذات الصلة

نحن نبحث عن محلل أعمال تقني موهوب يتحدث العربية للمساعدة في مختلف العمليات التجارية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • جمع وتوثيق متطلبات الأعمال، ومسارات العمليات، وحالات الاستخدام باستخدام قوالب FRDs/BRDs.
  • إنشاء وصيانة ومراقبة إصدارات المواد الخاصة بالمشروع والقوالب القياسية.
  • تحليل مجموعات البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات والأفكار باستخدام أدوات مثل Excel و SQL.
  • رسم الخرائط للعمليات الحالية والمستقبلية، واقتراح تحسينات الكفاءة.
  • المساعدة في تطوير خطط الاختبار وحالات الاختبار، والمشاركة في UAT.
  • تطوير أدلة المستخدم ومواد التدريب أثناء تقديم جلسات التدريب للأنظمة الجديدة.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل بين مستخدمي الأعمال، والخبراء في الموضوع، ومطوري تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وفرق ضمان الجودة.
  • اقتراح تحسينات في سير العمل وتحديد المخاطر لاستراتيجيات التخفيف.
