In this critical role, you will act as the strategic link between the COO and the execution team, focusing on the daily health of the marketplace to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently while aligning operational teams with the company's growth targets.

In this critical role, you will act as the strategic link between the COO and the execution team, focusing on the daily health of the marketplace to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently while aligning operational teams with the company's growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Governance & Alignment:
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for functional teams.
- Standardize communication to keep the COO informed on critical bottlenecks and performance trends. - Marketplace Fulfillment Oversight:
- Monitor live dashboards ensuring high request fulfillment rates.
- Identify supply gaps and coordinate with the Onboarding team. - Team Leadership & Shift Management:
- Lead and mentor operations and support staff, maintaining high quality around the clock.
- Manage shift rotations to meet peak demand. - Performance Reporting & Analysis:
- Aggregate operational data into concise weekly reports.
- Handle high-level issues through the Escalation Matrix.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- 5-8 years of experience in Logistics or Marketplace Operations in a leadership role within a startup.
- Advanced skills in analyzing operational data for decision-making.
