Key Responsibilities:

• Lead media planning across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand strategy.
• Develop annual and quarterly media plans, including budget allocation and audience strategies.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution — from briefing and activation to optimization and reporting.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.
• Analyze campaign data to generate insights and inform future planning.
• Prepare and present media plans and performance reports to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the day-to-day point of contact for media-related queries.
• Supervise and guide junior planners to support their development.
• Stay updated on market trends and new media opportunities.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in media planning and campaign management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of cross-channel media including digital, social, and TV.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience with media planning tools and measurement platforms.
• Strong communication and client-management capabilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
