المهام | Responsibilities: • إدارة وتأكيد المواعيد باستخدام Fresha | Manage and confirm appointments using Fresha. • استقبال العملاء بابتسامة واحترافية | Greet clients with a smile and professionalism. • الرد على العملاء عبر واتساب وإنستغرام | Respond to WhatsApp & Instagram messages. • متابعة راحة العملاء داخل الصالون | Take client rounds and ensure comfort. • التقاط صور قبل وبعد بموافقة العميل | Take before-and-after photos with approval.

المتطلبات | Requirements: • إجادة الإنجليزية (يفضل العربية) | Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). • مهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء ممتازة | Customer service & communication skills. • مظهر مهني وملتزم | Professional appearance. • خبرة في تطبيق Fresha أو أنظمة الحجوزات | Experience with Fresha or booking apps.

The Team
Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative and sustainable design solutions. To keep up with the demands of the organisation, we require an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated Receptionist to join the KSA Professional Support team, assisting multi-disciplined engineers in our Riyadh office.

The Role
The Receptionist will provide comprehensive and varied administrative support relating to our exciting and award-winning construction design projects. Key duties will include reception cover and dealing with general enquiries via telephone, email and in person. The role will also include producing documents, filing, printing, binding, photocopying and scanning documents, assisting with events and arranging meeting rooms for meetings, seminars, interviews etc.

You will act as a crucial point of contact for our external clients, internal staff and senior management for ad-hoc administration and generally be there to support the administrative requirements of our busy engineering teams. You will also ensure the office and kitchen areas are well maintained and run general errands both on and off-site as required.

The Skills
You are a KSA national with proven practical receptionist experience within a fast-paced and complex organisation, you have accumulated excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel, and also possess a highly organised, flexible and proactive approach to your work. You are used to working on multiple priorities and to tight deadlines – making use of your initiative, self-motivation and effective communication skills.

You have experience of taking instruction from multiple stakeholders, while also managing expectations and taking pride in the consistent delivery of an excellent service. Experience of working within an international partnership or engineering consultancy is desirable.
