Role Overview:As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring comprehensive and complete coverage of your portfolio, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity.
- Implementing and executing all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
- Establishing parameters, negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business.
- Promoting and producing sales leads for Rotana.
- Providing feedback on changing marketing conditions and competition.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management systems.
- Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations to maximize upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:You should hold a degree in sales with a minimum of two years’ postgraduate work experience, ideally within the hotel industry. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
