Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance of our showrooms, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer experience across all areas.
Your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing daily operations of all branches, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Managing inventory accuracy and stock control, including liaising with purchasing to maintain stock levels.
- Coordinating with supply chain and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Enhancing customer experience through effective service desk management and aftersales support.
- Mentoring and managing showroom supervisors and operational staff.
- Conducting periodic safety audits and ensuring compliance with health standards.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in retail operations or industrial equipment distribution.
- Strong leadership skills and familiarity with ERP and POS systems.
