About the Role

Almoosa Health Group is seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Al-Ahsa. This full-time role is central to leading product strategy, encompassing range planning, pricing, and demand forecasting, to ensure our offerings remain competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs.

Strategic Product Management

The Product Manager will oversee the performance of our product portfolio, with a specific focus on eyewear. This involves defining the product assortment, managing the introduction of new products, and continuously monitoring market trends to maintain a strong and relevant offering. The role requires a strategic approach to product lifecycle management and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the eyewear assortment across all branches, including brand mix, price tiers, and category roles.
• Plan seasonal and new collections, leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from selection through launch.
• Maintain product master data and establish selling prices and margin targets in accordance with company pricing policy.
• Monitor category profitability, sell-through rates, and stock turn; manage promotions, markdowns, and clearance activities.
• Forecast demand, plan replenishment with procurement and warehouse teams, and implement strategies to reduce slow-moving stock.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and set merchandising standards.
• Provide training to sales and optometry teams, and report on category and stock performance to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Optics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in product or category management, with a preference for experience in optical, eyewear, or retail sectors.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Solid knowledge of eyewear products and category management principles.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
