About the Role

Nice One is seeking a Salesperson to join our team in Al-Ahsa. This full-time role involves representing our products and services, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and providing accurate recommendations to achieve sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience within a fast-paced retail or sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, provide attentive service, and create a professional and positive shopping experience.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, availability, and usage clearly and accurately.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion objectives.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products or services that best match their needs and budget.
• Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products, upgrades, and additional services while maintaining customer trust.
• Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately, adhering to company procedures, pricing guidelines, and payment requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, product availability, and post-sale needs to support satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain attractive product displays, ensure accurate price labels, replenish stock, and keep the sales area organized and presentable.
• Monitor product availability, report stock discrepancies, support stock counts, and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Listen to customer concerns, resolve issues within assigned authority, and escalate complaints or service risks to the Supervisor without delay.
• Record customer interactions, sales activities, orders, and market feedback accurately in approved systems.
• Support the implementation of promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns in line with company guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, customer service standards, cash-handling requirements, and health and safety guidelines.
• Share customer feedback, competitor observations, product requests, and market insights relevant to sales performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Store Operations, Customer Service, and Inventory teams to support business objectives and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall sales performance.

• Demonstrated product knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire it.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail or sales environment.
