About the Role: Senior Event Director, Health Forums

EVX Event Management is seeking a highly experienced Senior Event Director to lead the planning and execution of significant healthcare forums. This full-time position, based in Al Baha, Adh Dhafra, Saudi Arabia, focuses on delivering impactful events such as the Al Dhafra Hospitals Health Forum, which serves as a pivotal platform for regional healthcare advancement. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring these forums meet their objectives of fostering collaboration and progress within the healthcare sector.

Forum Context and Strategic Impact

The Al Dhafra Hospitals Health Forum exemplifies the type of landmark event this role will oversee. The 3rd Health Forum, held from November 5-7, 2024, successfully brought together healthcare professionals, experts, and innovators. These forums are designed to explore advancements in medical practices, technology, and community well-being, positioning them as crucial platforms for shaping the future of healthcare in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and comprehensive execution of large-scale health forums and related events.
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site operations for multi-day events.
Coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry experts, and innovators, to ensure engaging and relevant content.
Oversee the development and implementation of programs focused on advancements in medical practices, technology, and community well-being.
Ensure forums serve as pivotal platforms for knowledge exchange and contribute to the future of healthcare in the region.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in event management, with a proven track record in organizing large-scale professional forums or conferences.
Demonstrated experience in the healthcare sector or managing events for medical professionals is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex events from conception through completion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
