نوع العمل: جزئي مؤقت 


المهام والمسؤوليات:


1. استقبال الزوار:

 - الترحيب بالزوار وموظفي المكتب بطريقة احترافية ولائقة.

 - التأكد من تسجيل الزوار وتوجيههم إلى المكان المناسب.


2. إدارة المكالمات الهاتفية:

 - الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتوجيهها إلى الأقسام المعنية.

 - التعامل مع الاستفسارات الأساسية وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة.


3. تنظيم المواعيد:

 - جدولة المواعيد والاجتماعات للموظفين والمساعدة في إدارة التقويمات.

 - متابعة المواعيد والتأكد من توافر المستلزمات اللازمة للاجتماعات.


4. التنسيق الإداري:

 - تقديم الدعم الإداري مثل إعداد المستندات وتقارير الحضور.

 - المساعدة في مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.


5. تمثيل الشركة:

 - الحفاظ على صورة الشركة من خلال التفاعل الإيجابي مع الزوار والعملاء.

 - التأكد من أن بيئة المكتب تعكس قيم الشركة وثقافتها.


المؤهلات المطلوبة:


- درجة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

- خبرة سابقة في مجال الاستقبال أو الخدمة العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

- قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع مواقف مختلفة بطريقة احترافية.

- معرفة باستخدام الكمبيوتر والبرامج المكتبية الأساسية.


ساعات العمل: 

مؤقتة، قد تتطلب العمل في أوقات مرنة حسب احتياجات العميل.
