About the Role of Commissioning Leader

SPIE is seeking a Commissioning Leader-PCS M/F to join our team in Al Jubail. This is a fixed-term contract position with a day rate salary. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the contractor's pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation services comply with contractual obligations, schedule requirements, and company specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the contractor's scope of services for pre-commissioning and commissioning preparation adheres to contract and schedule obligations, as well as company specifications.
• Oversee the safe and efficient execution of all commissioning activities.
• Apply the OPERCOM® methodology and utilize ICAPS© software effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Engineer level education or higher.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Expertise in engineering and configuration development across DCS (Delta V), ESD, F&G, and PLC systems.
• Strong knowledge of PCS and instrumentation activities, including SAT, Loop tests, and functional tests within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Familiarity with EPCC contract management.

This role is based in Al Jubail and operates under a fixed-term contract arrangement. The successful candidate will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring compliance and smooth execution of commissioning activities in a critical industrial setting.
