Mammoet is a global leader in engineered heavy lifting and transport. The company provides solutions for lifting, transporting, installing, and decommissioning large and heavy structures. Mammoet is seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to its operations in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

The Project Engineer Role

The Project Engineer is responsible for developing both conventional and improved engineering solutions for heavy lifting and transport projects. This involves preparing and selecting various engineering documents and methods to ensure the safe and efficient execution of projects. The role requires a focus on technical accuracy and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and select existing and renewed engineering method statements, drawings, calculations, visualisations, manuals, and risk assessments.
Verify the suitability of equipment and methods proposed for project execution.
Ensure the engineering plan is followed accurately during job execution.
Contribute to operations management on the jobsite as required.
Formulate and present potential engineering solutions, providing accurate advice proactively or upon request, while adhering to applicable standards.
Oversee the checking and approval of engineering documents by self and relevant approvers.
Record, execute, and maintain technical documents and data within relevant systems, ensuring compliance with internal requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Project Engineer position should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant engineering field. This role is suitable for individuals at the start of their professional engineering career.

This is a full-time position based in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The Project Engineer will work within a dynamic environment focused on heavy lifting and transport projects.
