KBR is seeking a Fabrication Static Supervisor to join their team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Fabrication Static Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in performing installation and maintenance works related to static and fabrication activities. This role requires adherence to established procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of all assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive job assignments, work instructions, drawings, and specifications from the Supervisor.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Execute all installation and maintenance works for Static and Fabrication activities in accordance with SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing, including hydro and pneumatic tests.
• Obtain required work permits before commencing any work.
• Ensure strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Consult with the Supervisor for any technical issues encountered.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices during and after job completion.
• Achieve job completion to quality and schedule standards as per company requirements.
• Attend Toolbox talks prior to starting work.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in addition to mandatory PPE.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Attend scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Well-organized and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
