About the Role

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a Rigging Supervisor to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time position involves overseeing all rigging operations on project sites, primarily within the oil & gas industry. The Rigging Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all rigging activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with established standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Rigging Supervisor will manage and coordinate all aspects of rigging operations, including:

• Supervising rigging activities on oil & gas or relevant industrial sites to ensure both safety and operational efficiency.
• Planning and coordinating rigging operations in close collaboration with project managers and site engineers.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.
• Conducting regular safety inspections, comprehensive risk assessments, and essential toolbox talks pertaining to rigging activities.
• Providing technical guidance and structured training to rigging personnel to enhance their skills and adherence to best practices.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all rigging activities, equipment inspections, and personnel certifications.
• Promptly identifying and resolving any issues or potential hazards that may arise during rigging operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor, with a preference for experience within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong foundational knowledge of various rigging techniques, equipment, and established safety standards.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements specifically related to rigging operations.
• Relevant certifications in rigging and safety are preferred.
