About the Role

eXtra is seeking an Electronics Service Technician to join their team in Al Khobar. This is a full-time position focused on providing essential service and support for electronic products.

Role Overview

The Electronics Service Technician will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various electronic devices. This role ensures that customers receive high-quality service and that products are restored to optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic tests to identify faults in electronic equipment.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of electronic devices.
Ensure all service procedures comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage and care.
Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience as an Electronics Service Technician or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of electronic devices.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
