About the Role

National Contracting Co Ltd is seeking an Engineer III - Sales & Marketing to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing opportunities in EPC, Industrial Services, and Small Service Orders. The role involves technical sales support, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling across various target sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new EPC projects and service opportunities through direct customer engagement and strategic account penetration.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline using the CRM platform, providing support to estimation and proposal teams to improve bid win ratios.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer mapping, developing business cases and growth plans for existing and emerging markets.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, order intake reports, pipeline reviews, and business development KPIs.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical workshops to generate RFQs and increase order conversion.
Identify opportunities arising from Saudi Vision 2030, including Renewable Energy, Grid Modernization, Power Generation, Water, Data Centers, and Hydrogen.

Collaboration and Market Expansion

The Engineer III - Sales & Marketing will collaborate with clients, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to deliver competitive proposals. A key objective is to expand market presence across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, Renewable Energy, and Data Centers.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the engineering or contracting sectors.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, focusing on strategic business development and client engagement within a dynamic industry landscape.
